JMS:
Plase no flames, this is a wake-up at 3 am question that almost makes
sense in daylight.  Is eash season/section of the B5 story arc told from
the perspective of the narrator (ala _Number of the Beast_ by Heinlien)?

Also, how much trouble will I get into by gimicking-up a Psi Corps badge
and doing a PsiCop thing for Halloween?
