Just a quick thought: I believe many fans would enjoy seeing the text of
an episode's script. For example, Neil Gaiman published the script to
"Calliope" in the "Sandman: Dream Country" graphic novel. It was
definitely revealing to look under the hood of the comic book, and it
would be similarly intriguing to see under the hood of B5.

Somehow, I also imagine that the wonderful Lurker's Guide would happily
archive the script, cross-linked with everything else there. Given how
many people I know with bootleg scripts to Bladerunner and other SF
favorites, there's clearly a love for this sort of thing.

While I could certainly name a list of favorite episodes for which I'd
enjoy to see the script, I imagine JMS could identify his own favorites
that would be particularly revealing or interesting.

Thanks,

This is something we've discussed doing, and may indeed do at some point.
In the interim, the tentative plan is to have the script for "The Coming
of Shadows" included in the new edition of my writing book, due out in the
fall.

What would make all of this even more interesting is the fact that *every
single script* has at least something that's been trimmed out of it;
sometimes just a few lines, sometimes a couple of small, expendable
scenes.
