Joe, after each season is renewed, does WB increase your budget based on
improved ratings or at the very least to cover inflation and other rising
costs?

We get a modest budget increase each year, yes.  Cast and producers
usually get about a 10% bump each season, tied to contract, not the show's
ratings.
