Thanks for a "keeper" reply.!

Now for some "Interludes..." responses, refracted through whatever my
particular prism may be...

Spoiler space added for those who have not seen "Interludes..." Skip this

I noticed a rust-colored Vorlon ship in the battle. Is this difference
something that will be addressed at a later date or a nice detail that will
simply be a source of viewer speculation?

I like the progression of Sheridan's comprehension of Kosh-communication. He
now can receive fairly unambiguous messages in dream-speak. Unfortunately, it
comes too late, unless this ability will be helpful in dealing with the
proxy-Kosh (and, given how little we or Sheridan know about the Vorlons, that
remains a wide-open question).

I assume that Lyta was off on one of her Kosh-errands. Will her reaction to
his death come into play in a later epidose?

I noticed that Franklin finally wore his Army of Light uniform again only when
he accepted the responsibility of his addiction and took action. Maybe his
doctor garb was another way of hiding from himself.

The titles always lead one to think further. I kept wondering if there was a
preponderance of "interludes" or "examinations" here. My suspicion is for the
latter. Londo is hoping for an interlude but winds up missing an opportunity
for true examination. Sheridan has no leisure for interludes but is hip-deep
in examinations. Kosh, it would appear, wants to extend his interlude of
Vorlonic behind-the-scenes involvement, but is forced by Sheridan to an
examination of what is immediately necessary. Garibaldi is the catalyst for
Franklin to end his interlude of denial and dive into self-examination.
Garibaldi seems to feel the need to end Franklin's self-denial interlude, but
is also faced with his own examination of the right course of action.

I truly wept at the flight-to-immolation of Kosh's ship. This is a kudo to
you as a storyteller that a piece of organic-tech can inspire even momentary
grief.

And to finally return to the original topic, a richly-detailed,
multidimensional artwork will undoubtedly be a more fertile source of
interpretation than a simple arrangement of paint-blob on canvas. Since B5 is
probably the most richly-detailed and multidimensional work of television
I've seen, your creation will probably acquire viewer interpretations the way
that whatever base it has acquires a coral reef. It's an unexpected sort of
fun to contribute to the coral reef.

No real need to say, "Keep it up," as I'm sure that will be your preference
for the next 2 television years.

The red ship was simply another variation on the standard; nothing too
major about it...and yes, when Lyta returns from her errand, she'll definitely
get into this, and there will have to be some explanations made, though not to
her....

      And thanks.

                                                                      jms

No, the incidents with local stations can only be affected by local
residents, I have zip control or influence over that.

                                                                    jms

[ Summary: A Marcon attendee reports that JMS told those present at
Marcon that Kosh's replacement will be Kosh himself. "We are all

Actually, no, the replacement isn't Kosh, as you say, it's another
Vorlon, with a very different personality...the "we are all Kosh" is more of a
conceptual thing....
