Dear JMS

I would like to thank you for making B5. It is one of the best
shows that I have ever seen.
Your writing has inspired me to try to write my own script for a
new Sci-fi tv show. Your writing is new and different from the
"everything ends on a good point and nothing ever goes wrong that can't be
fixed" of other tv shows. I hope to someday be able to meet you and shake
your hand, and tell you how much I enjoy your work.
I enjoy the fact that you don't try to hid the weaknesses of
humans even if they are able to go to the stars. There is still an Earth
in B5 that is like what we have today. I guess that the aying "The more
things change, the more they stay the same," is very true in B5
I think you would also like to know that B5 has a strong following
in my dorm. "Ground Zero at Za'ha'dum." has become a code word for when
something big is about to happen in the dorm.

				Your fan,

Joseph E Edelstein

Thanks, and good luck with your own writing. Follow your passion; the
rest will take care of itself.
