Ok, the alien ambassadors on B5 learned to speak English by studying
it, in order to talk to humans.
But where the heck did the alien near the end of "Hour of the Wolf"
learn it? It's not like the scenes where aliens are shown talking
to each other in English where you assume they're really using
their own language. This alien was talking to a human. Or was
the human really not human?
