Joe,

   In "Hour," you have Londo say that he once caught a young
Emperor Cartagia "looking up women's dresses."  While this was a
nice image to get us prepared for Cartagia, it has one problem:
best I can tell from my (admittedly limited) knowledge of Centauri
physiology, he would have been looking in the wrong place - kinda
like looking down a human woman's socks, or something.
