I don't usually read this newsgroup...too much traffic to keep up with.
But there's something I just *had* to post here, in the hopes that you'd
read it.

Occasionally when I'm reading a book or watching a TV program, a phrase
or sentence will strike me as being...well...perfect. Someone who hasn't
read or seen what happened before won't understand it; but for those who
have, that phrase or sentence will convey so much more than the words
themselves.

A few weeks ago, when scanning the Lurker's Guide web page, I saw the
posted title for episode 404--'Falling Toward Apotheosis.' I'll admit, I
didn't know what apotheosis meant at first. But when I scanned down to
the 'Notes' section and saw the definition--well, the full force of it
hit me right between the eyes! In the context of B5, those three words
have so many undercurrents and overtones I couldn't possibly begin to
explain them all--but I sure as heck *felt* them!

Bravo, Mr. Straczynski! I'm definitely looking forward to that episode.

Thanks. I labor over titles a long time...I can't actually begin writing
an episode until I have the title worked out; dunno why, it's just one of
those glitches. And yeah, it's a good and in this case, very apt title.
