I'd just like to day that the death of Refa was one of the most 
magnificently horrible things I've ever seen on the telly. It was
like watching a particularly brutal scene at the opera - the event 
might have come from the book of horror cliches but the execution (no pun 
intended) lifts it to an entirely different plane. Like I said, magnificently
horrible.
