The new character will appear in the first S5 episode.  It had to be in
that first episode due to when I have to get certain threads moving.  Her
name is Captain Elizabeth Lochley, and knowing that a number of fans are
going to be suspicious of her, given the situation, I'm planning to
capitalize on that in just the way I did some fans sense that Bruce was
"too light" when he first came on, but in a very different approach.
