Joe, among the bigger threads of S5 (telepath problems, earth, the new
alliance, the station, Londo's inevitable future, etc.) will we hear of what
is going on with Narn?  After Narn got freed, and J'Kar refused to take the
throne or exact revenge on their captors, it was kinda left undetermined who
exactly is in charge on the planet?  Is there a new Kari?  Is it still
dusty/dark/cold from the bombing?
