I noticed that the re-run of HotW on WNAC-64 in Providence was "rated"
TV14.

Couple of questions/comments:

1. Could anyone give a brief breakdown of the new system (what levels, and
what the criteria are for each level) or point me to a URL?

2. Who's picking these ratings right now? They seem to have appeared
*everywhere*, even a 5 year-old TNG re-run was "rated" TVG. I can't
believe there's some standardized panel picking all these already, so is it
just the distributor rating the shows right now?

3. The rating appears as a box in the upper left corner of the screen for
about 15 seconds at the start of each program... it's not *too* bad, but it
is rather annoying for obsessive B5 types who'd rather not have something
in the teaser blocked out... oh well.

Nobody asked me about it...so I don't know who puts it on.
