As an old college G&S society officer, I was thrilled with the 
closing credits for "Atonement," with Marcus' wonderful song, 
& Franklin finally losing it -- we all know the feeling -- & then
somebody off-stage screams "CUT!!" before everything, as
it were, goes blank.  So my question is, who screamed?
Jim Ward at the Down Below Sound Archive suggested it
might be you, but I wondered if the director did it.  In any
event it will now stand enshrined as one of B5's best comic 
moments, of which there are so delightfully many.  

As you've said, like the grave-diggers in Hamlet . . .

Um, who do you think would be the one yelling 'CUT'?  That would be
the Mr. Director boy.  In this case Tony Dow (yes *that* Tony Dow).
He's been working on B5 for awhile now, IIRC since the third season.

I hear he's going to be more involved in the new spinoff  

  "Babylon 5: Leave it to Marcus"

  Aparently it's about growing up in the '60s as half-humans on Narn.
It stars Jason Carter in the starring role with Andreus Katsulus as
the father, Julie Kaitlyn Brown as the mother, Tony Dow as Marcus's
older brother W'lee, and Ed Wasser as W'Lee's best friend E'Dee.
Being Narns they don't have a last name, but Na'Toth does spend most
of her time carrying a cleaver around now that I think of it...
