JMS: Smokers?

Joe,

A rather strange question just popped into my head.  How come we have never seen
smokers on Babylon, human or alien?  Given that many humans smoke today (over 1 
billion), it seems a natural that some humans will still smoke 300 years from 
now.  And if not human, then maybe aliens....

I know, strange question, but my mind works in strange and mysterious ways.

You will eventually see one person smoking on B5, at the performer's
 request...but other than that, I think it's not something I want to encourage.
