Spoilers for Meditations on the Abyss

Currently, Stephen Seagle is making the Zodiac into the major villains
in _Alpha Flight_. I don't know whether he personally takes much
stock in the zodiac as a means of living his life (just as you do not
need to believe in God to write stories involving the soul), but doubtless
he has some passing familiarity with this "tool" as an aid in telling
his stories.

The Enneagram is another such tool -- "based on time-honored concepts
of psychology, the Enneagram -- a geometric figure that delineates the
nine fundamental personality types of human nature -- is a comprehensive
system for understanding yourself and others" (at least according to
the people selling the book on cassette).

Have you ever studied this? Do you find that it has merit as a
means of self-study? As a tool for telling stories? Do you know
any other writers who have used it? Are there any other constructs
along these lines that have promise?

So, was this where Lennier "betrayed the Anla-Shok"?

Sounds like voodoo psychology to me; never heard of it.
