Question for the group: who owns the copyrights to B5, the ship designs and
graphics etc? There is a big discussion on another group as to ownership.
Some are arguing WB does, others say JMS does. Someone modeled a B5
spaceship, and wants to register the copyright, we told him he couldn't,
because he didn't own the copyright.

[ NOTE: WB owns the copyright. AFAIK this is SOP for hollyweird - JAD]

Standard stuff: any studio owns all the rights to the show it makes. Paramount
owns ST, not Roddenberry's estate. Similarly, WB owns B5, lock, stock and
docking bay. They also own all the designs, the ship models, and all of that.
It's all copyrighted and trademarked, down to the schematics.
