Just a quick question.

Belonging to the majority of people who don't live in the USA, I was
rather disgruntled to see that Fiona Avery's Bester script would *only*
be available to US residents. Now, if it were only a matter of money, it
could be understandable: there should be a way for Fiona to get the
payments without having to go thru the hassle of changing foreign money,
or reliquishing a huge part of the sum in bank charges. Still, there are
easy ways of sending US money from foreign countries. But the site just
says these scripts are only available to US residents.

So, what's wrong with the rest of us getting our grubby little paws on
the script? Do we have bad breath or does the dialogue touch on a couple
of important US state secrets?

"We are all born as molecules in the heart of a billion stars; molecules
that do not understand politics or policies or differences. Over a
billion years, we foolish molecules forget who we are, and where we came
from. In desperate acts of ego we give ourselves names, fight over lines
on maps, and pretend our light is better than everyone else's. The flame
reminds us of the piece of those stars that lives on inside us, the
spark that tells us, 'you know better'." JMS

This is a question only Fiona can answer; you may want to send her a note via
the Scripts from the Lot page and inquire if she might work something out.
