Good stuff! There's even more pages here than in the Previews info and
the ad in the back of KIN #5.
MN seems to have a more focused plot from the get go, as compared to
the world-building in the first 5 or 6 issues of RISING STARS. Do you
find having more experience now at writing for comics and working with
a different and established artist influences how you approach doing
MIDNIGHT NATION?

Certainly in the case of MIDNIGHT NATION, it's a focused story about two
individuals, as opposed to an epic tale about 113 people over 60+ years. We
get right into it and get things moving almost immediately.
It's also been a big help to get Rising Stars going because it's helped me
learn a lot about how to do this. My goal as always is to make the next thing
better than the last thing.
