If you are then youmust have forgotten about the lawsuits by the ACLU
and other liberal organizations that sued for their release over the
objection of the States and the Doctors who said the patients were and
are incapable of taking care of themselves.  I also refer you to the
famous Geraldo investigations of mental hospitals that showed numerous
problems and thus led to even more lawsuits and the end of any kind of
enforced hospitalization without proof that the person was a danger to
themselves or others. Hard to prove unless they either kill themselves
or someone else.  So if you want to send someone to veggie hell I
suggest all Lawyers and Geraldo at the top of the list.
