Quick review: You lived up to your epitath -- it didn't suck. It really
didn't suck in a way Spiderman has not sucked since the early 1980's. This
is good. I gotta read more. You got me interested in collecting Spiderman
again. :-)
Anyway, I went in to collect my first issue from my subscription box, but I
first went over to the rack to pick up a copy for a friend. You know, in
the three years I've been reading comics again, I am having a hard time
remembering the last time I saw Amazing Spiderman sold out. Well, I walk in
today and discover it sold out LESS THAN 24 HOURS after it was put out!
So, any word from Marvel on how well it's been selling so far? I'd imagine
it's quite the blip on the comic charts.

It's #5 on the charts, and from what I hear it's pretty much sold out
everywhere.
