I got my volume 2 today and very good it is too, apart from the fact
that there are several pages missing, pages 11-26 from "Voice in the
Wilderness Part 1". I've emailed Cafe Press but just wondered if this
was an isolated incident or whether it applies to all volume 2s.

It's an isolated incident.  If CP doesn't get back to you, drop a note
directly to Jaclyn at the B5 scripts team via the website, and all will
be attended to.
