Hi
I was wondering if you know what day or days you will be at this year?
Thanks
Brian

Damn and double-damn. I checked at the WB booth around 11:00 and again at 1:30
and they claimed no knowledge of any 'Ninja Assassin' screening. When I went
back at 5:30-ish I was told they'd all been given out. For this I had to do the
rat-maze thing *3* times. Got a couple of Green Lantern rings, though, and made
some people happy when I gave them the goodie bags I'd snagged.
Damn.
In other news, JMS had his writing panel this afternoon. OUCH! He claimed not
to be sick, just to have laryngitis but it sure sounded painful. Sadly the
caliber of the questions wasn't all that great in many cases, either. As he put
it, they were looking for the 'magic handshake' or secret formula to success but
it's a matter of talent, persistence and luck.
Putting my poor abused feet up now...

Looks like a trailer's available, though:

A quick warning to folks at the con who might be looking for me...I've
had the worst case of laryngitis I've had in a while (nothing
contagious, it's an ear infection that went into the sinuses and then
into the throat), and to save what little voice I have left, I'm going
to give the DC panel a pass at 12:45 and save it up for the spotlight.
Just FYI.
