Dear Guilherme,
For the first question, the ISBN should have come with the eRights with the following text.
Please put the following LaTeX commands in the preamble of your document - i.e., before \begin{document}:
\copyrightyear{2026}
\acmYear{2026}
\setcopyright{cc}
\setcctype{by}
\acmConference[HotStorage ’26]{18th ACM Workshop on Hot Topics in Storage and File Systems}{September 28--29, 2026}{Prague, Czech Republic}
\acmBooktitle{18th ACM Workshop on Hot Topics in Storage and File Systems (HotStorage ’26), September 28--29, 2026, Prague, Czech Republic}
\acmDOI{xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx}
\acmISBN{979-8-4007-2902-7/2026/09}
The ISBN is shown in the acmISBN command.
As for the second question, this year's HotStorage registration is handled by SOSP, so registration is outside of our direct control. For other travel support, it depends on the availability of funds, and we are still waiting to hear back from some of our sponsors.
Thank you.

Subject: [Hotstorage-chairs] HotStorage '26 paper #38 — camera-ready ISBN, student attendance support, and hotel block dates
Dear Young-ri and Bryan,
Our paper submission "[#38] To Migrate or Not to Migrate: KOxI, an Evidence-
Gated Pipeline for Rust-for-Linux Storage Drivers” was accepted, and I will be
personally attending as the presenting author. I had a few questions regarding
the conference and was hoping you could assist me:
1. We've completed the ACM eRights form and have our DOI, but not the
proceedings ISBN. Could you share it, or should we expect it from the rights
confirmation?
2. I'm an undergraduate student author and will be covering registration and
travel personally. Are there student travel grants or registration support
available to presenting authors at HotStorage (e.g., through SIGOPS/SOSP travel
scholarships)? Our institution is not an ACM Open participant (we verified it is
not covered by the CAPES–ACM agreement), so we're requesting a financial
hardship waiver through the eRights workflow. Does SIGOPS/HotStorage have any?
Thank you, and we're looking forward to Prague!
