Dear Young-ri,
Thank you very much for your response. We truly appreciate your
understanding.
We completely understand the importance of having papers presented in
person and want to make every effort to meet the conference's
expectations. Unfortunately,
the co-authors of our paper are unable to attend the conference and present
the work in person due to personal/family circumstances. While we are still
looking for another attendee who could present the work on our behalf in
person, we would greatly appreciate it if you could discuss the possibility
of a virtual presentation in our particular case.
We would, of course, be happy to follow any requirements or arrangements
you may have for a virtual presentation.
Best regards,
Amir
