[Hotstorage-chairs] [HotStorage 2026] HotStorage’26 Camera-Ready Instructions

Dear Chenhao and Duo,
I am Seungkwan Kang, the submitting author of Paper #11, "The Host Is
Not Idle: Computational SSDs for Host-Free Checkpointing in Multimodal
LLM Training," and Paper #23, "GraceSSD: Per-File Reliability Hints for
Error-Tolerant Machine Learning Storage". (hotstorage26-3, and
hotstorage26-4, respectively)

After we completed the TAPS submissions for both papers, they were moved
to "TAPS Support" status on 8/14 due to conversion errors. We have
examined both flagged issues and believe they are false positives:

 1. hotstorage26-3 (Paper #11) was flagged with "\correspondingauthor
not mapped for XML/HTML conversion" error. This command is defined
in the official acmart template and is used as-is in the sample
    LaTeX files.
 2. hotstorage26-4 (Paper #23) was flagged for "TAPS incompatible
packages: lstmisc.sty, lstlang1.sty" error. The packages are
internal components of the "listings" package, which is on the TAPS
    accepted package list.

We have already contacted TAPS Support (tapssupport at aptaracorp.com
<mailto:tapssupport at aptaracorp.com>) with the details above, asking them
to review both submissions and resume processing, and we are ready to
make adjustments if any genuinely unsupported construct is identified.

We are reporting this per the camera-ready instructions so that you are
aware both papers are currently held at TAPS Support rather than pending
action on our side. We will let you know as soon as processing resumes.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Best Regards,
Seungkwan Kang
