We are glad to hear that you arrived safely and are looking forward to tomorrow.

The talks will not be recorded this year, but you are more than welcome to record your own talk as long as it is discreet and non-disruptive.

Yes, the venue will start at 13:30, at the room across from the reception desk at the hotel. We will be there earlier than that to test equipment and set up the room. I encourage you to come a bit earlier to test your laptop and interact with your session chair, especially since your paper is the first to be presented.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. I'm already at the Clarion for the night.

If was wondering whether the sessions will be recorded?  If not, would it be all
right for me to record my own session with my own equipment?

I would also like to confirm if we should arrive at the venue before the appointed
time of 13:30 (stated in the full program section)?
