Dear Jalil,

Thank you for your decision, please see formal AV quote attached.

This replaces the AV from the hotel order, do not worry, we are not charging the AV package with projection twice.

Warm regards,

Petr

Subject: remote presentation

Dear Petr,

I hope you are doing great.

After discussing with the headquarters, we would like to secure the additional sound card for 18 EUR incl. VAT/day.

We think that we will not need the other options.

Thanks so much for your help

Kind regards
Jalil
