[Hotstorage-generalchairs] HotStorage'26: conference expense inquiry - shirt order

Hi Tendo,
As part of our sponsorship agreement, we intend to give HotStorage'26 attendees t-shirts with the logos of our Gold-level sponsors on them. Since the conference is in Prague, we have a limited number of vendors that will ship there, and have found Imprint to look promising (https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fimprint.com&c=E,1,9Xi5EAGgiPMb7btMY9yRwknVxNndrmybDKAHtUaNgjoFlQQtBAepJz4NFybewxj73awCq0Vc9kundMsw6pEWUOWmwkl6Oy6pFGYGLIYkAQ,,&typo=1). The ACM conference finance page<https://www.acm.org/special-interest-groups/volunteer-resources/conference-planning/conference-finances#expenses> says that ACM prefers to pay for expenses with the in-house bank account, but there is no bank/ACH payment option available with Imprint, so we'd like to pay for the shirts with the ACM credit card. What do we need to do to set up an ACM credit card payment?

I've CCed our Treasurer if this requires input/approval from them. Please let us know what steps are necessary here. Thanks!
