Hi Tendo,
I just got off the phone with the vendor, who informed me that they encountered some sort of production delay and they're not going to be able to get the shirts out in time for the conference. I'm not sure if it's possible to cancel the order, so I'm looking into options on how to distribute them to attendees. Does ACM have any sort of distribution system for things like this (e.g. sending items to conference attendees), or is this best handled by shipping the shirts to one of the organizers, who can send them out and be reimbursed for shipping? I'm worried about the overall cost of shipping up to 71 shirts, so I wanted to check on our options before making any decisions on how to proceed. Thanks for your time.

This will ask you for the email associated with the order and the shipping address zipcode. These are:

After that, it should bring you to an Order Details page, which should have a prompt at the top for an unpaid invoice, with a link to submit payment. It looks like this may only accepts credit cards, but may be able to take bank account information over the phone. Their contact number is 855.711.4467, and they respond on weekends.

It's under my name for billing for some reason; let me know if that's a problem and I can contact them to change it to whatever we need. It's being shipped to one of our Program Chairs (Bryan S. Kim) instead of to the venue because they can only guarantee dates within the US for the short timeframe before the conference (September 28-29). Bryan will transport the shirts on his flight. That information is probably not required for payment, but it's been a challenge getting all this together, so I wanted to be up front on the details.

Please let me know if there's any additional information you need for this, as we are hoping to get these shipped out ASAP. Apologies for the last minute situation, getting all of this from the vendor was not as fast as I'd expected. Thank you!
