[Hotstorage-organizers] HotStorage'26: Weekly OC Meetings

[Zheng, Mai [E CPE]]

Hi all,

Thank you for those who have filled out the meeting poll. If you haven’t got a chance, could you please fill out the poll at your earliest convenience but no later than today (Sunday, Aug 23, AoE)? While it seems already impossible to find a common time based on the survey so far, sharing and maximizing your availability is still helpful because we may schedule sub-group meetings as needed.

Thanks again,
Mai

Subject: [Hotstorage-organizers] HotStorage'26: Weekly OC Meetings

Hi all,

Thank you for all your great help so far!

To ensure that we stay on track for a successful workshop, we’d like to hold a weekly meeting with all or most OC members starting next week (Aug 24) and continuing until the workshop (Sept 28-29). Could you please fill out the following poll by the end of this Saturday (Aug 22)?

Since OC members are spread across several time zones, your help in maximizing your availability will be invaluable and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
