Hi all,

Thank you for sharing your availability! Based on the poll, it looks like 6:00-7:00 pm on Fridays (US Central Time) is the best time for the meeting (fewest unavailable; sponsorship co-chairs and treasurer available; other co-chairs have at least one available). I’ve sent a meeting link accordingly (copied at the end).

We will begin this Friday (Aug 28). For those who could not make it (which is totally understandable), we may sync up with you separately.

Hi all,

Thank you for those who have filled out the meeting poll. If you haven’t got a chance, could you please fill out the poll at your earliest convenience but no later than today (Sunday, Aug 23, AoE)? While it seems already impossible to find a common time based on the survey so far, sharing and maximizing your availability is still helpful because we may schedule sub-group meetings as needed.
