As such, we don't have a separate registeration list for HotStorage 
only. We have the joint list for all attendees.

I'm not sure if we can share this list with you since we didn't seek 
consent of the attendees, and it has data privacy issues.

Sorry, no, we can't offer such fee waiver because we are in a similar 
position. We are working with very tight budget, and we have advised all 
workshop organizers to ensure that their speakers pay for their own 
registration.
