As I was looking at the future eps for season four, I noticed that the
titles for many of the eps carry a sort of "religious" or "faith" theme.
We have words like apotheosis, epiphanies, atonement, and even some of
the others like "Into the Fire" and "The Illusion of Truth" could be
construed to have at least some faith aspect to them.

So, I guess I'm asking whether or not faith will become an important role
in what seems to be a critical time during the arc? (Or, since faith was
always important, MORE important is a better phrase.) Or, am I just
reading way too much into the titles in order to gain a better view of
the Great Creator's storyline...

Belief in one thing or another is *always* important. Only the subject is
sometimes worrisome.
