Before anyone screams this is posted in the wrong place, it isn't.

Microsoft has said the PC98 standard will contain a DVD drive.
You can expect to see them showing up as standard in the Xmas PCs.

The cost is dropping to add a DVD to an existing PC.
The PC-attached DVD can be linked to your TV, if you wish.

As to how that ties in to B5...

Well, since B5 viewers seem to be more computer-literate than some
other catagories of show-watchers, it would seem that there may be
a secondary market for B5 besides the people who buy DVD solely
for the Home Entertainment Center.

Think about it... if you got a new PC98, which would you want to do:
  a) Play Solitaire
  b) Watch B5

If anybody knows someone at WB Video, pass it on...

Just a thought...

The TODAY/95 Oracle says...
Never test for an error you don't know how to handle.

Actually, I have a DVD drive in my new system, from Dell, and I have to say
it's maximum coolness.
